Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Only non-perishable items are eligible for return. Perishable goods, including but not limited to fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen items, and prepared foods, are non-returnable once delivered.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

3. Minimum Order Value Adjustment

Our platform requires a minimum order value of $35. If a return reduces the final order value below $35, an additional adjustment fee may be applied to maintain service and operational costs.

4. Refund Method

All approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only. Refunds will not be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Store Credit will be added to your account
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • May be subject to expiration, if applicable

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • All perishable goods
  • Opened or used items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit upon verification.

7. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via our website or support channel
  2. Wait for approval and instructions
  3. Return the item via pickup or drop-off
  4. Store credit will be issued after inspection

8. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
